Benefits of uCor in Ambulatory Decompensated Heart Failure

Have you recently been discharged from the hospital within the last 10 days due to Heart Failure and have had hospitalization, an ER visit, stayed in an observation unit, or had an unplanned clinic visit in the last 6 months due to Heart Failure? If so, you may qualify to participate in a study involving a heart failure monitoring device to monitor heart rhythm, breathing patterns, and other important measurements following your Heart Failure event.

The purpose of this study:
To identify correlations between the uCor device measurements (thoracic fluid index, cardiac rhythm, respiration rate, physical activity, and posture) with occurrences of heart failure related clinical events occurring within 90 days of hospital discharge for acute decompensated heart failure. Study compensation is available.

NODE Study for Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia (PSVT)

Have you been diagnosed with a heart rhythm disorder called Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia (PSVT)?
PSVT results in sudden episodes of rapid heart rate, usually at a rate greater than 100 beats per minute. A normal resting heart rate is about 60 beats per minute. If you have this medical condition, you may qualify to screen for the study. Compensation for participants’ time is also available.

The purpose of this study
The study is being done to collect data that may determine whether the study drug, an investigational drug known as etripamil nasal spray, is able to effectively stop an episode of PSVT when taken by a patient to self-treat their PSVT episode so that in the future, a person like you may be able to give it to himself or herself, through the nose (intra-nasally), without the need to get any medical assistance or go to a hospital, to treat a PSVT episode.

Echocardiogram Study for Valvular Heart Disease

Are you scheduled to do your Echocardiogram (ultrasound of your heart)?
If so, you are qualified to test out a familiar and inexpensive tool to assist in the diagnosis or exclusion of significant Valvular Heart Disease (VHD) that could both expedite access to life-saving therapies and reduce the need for costly testing. These FDA-Approved devices consist of Eko DUO device, which is a digital stethoscope and single-lead electrocardiogram, which wirelessly pairs with the Eko Mobile application to allow for simultaneous recording and visualization of phonocardiograms (PCG) and electrocardiograms (ECG)

The purpose of this study
The study is being done to collect data that would help to further refine and validate algorithms using de-identified dataset of recorded heart sounds + ECGs. Diagnosis confirmed by gold-standard echocardiograms.
