Why Choose Los Alamitos Cardiovascular

Patient InfoOur practice, which is located directly on the Los Alamitos Medical Center campus, has been serving patients in Los Angeles and Orange counties for over three decades. Today, Los Alamitos Cardiovascular has the distinction of being the most enduring and largest cardiovascular group in the vicinity. We are currently celebrating our 35-year anniversary.

Throughout that time, we have developed strong relationships and a reputation for excellence with our patients, their families and the medical community. We believe that one key factor contributing to the longevity and growth of Los Alamitos Cardiovascular is the group’s adherence to the fundamental principle that our patients deserve the kind of responsive care and personal focus each one of us expects for our own families.

Our cardiologists are on staff at most area hospitals including Long Beach Memorial Medical Center, Los Alamitos Medical Center and Lakewood Regional Medical Center. We are primarily a referrer-based group that provides general and specialized cardiovascular care, comprehensive evaluations, on-site diagnostic testing, as well as a range of hospital-based interventions, testing and treatment. As a whole our specialists share a depth of knowledge covering every major subspecialty of cardiovascular and endovascular medicine. Along with superb care, our patients and their referring physicians enjoy many additional benefits and conveniences:

  • Patients can have most diagnostic testing and lab work performed in one place: our offices. In addition to basic testing and studies such as treadmill, EKGs, 24-Hour Holter Monitor, ultrasounds and lab work, we also have an American College of Radiation accredited on-site lab available to perform nuclear studies.

  • Depending on need, test results can be returned to referring physicians within 24-48 hours.

  • Facilities at our offices also include clinics for pacemaker monitoring and for the treatment of venous reflux and associated leg vein conditions.

  • When it comes to patient care, there are no substitutes. At Los Alamitos Cardiovascular, when a patient makes an appointment to see a physician, that’s who that patient will see.

Innovations and on-going research in the field of heart healthcare are offering patients and their doctor’s new and better ways to address patient treatment, provide for better outcomes, and improve the patient's quality of life. The physicians and staff at Los Alamitos Cardiovascular are focused on remaining in the forefront of those medical advances, and always with a prudent eye to what makes sense medically and ethically for each patient.
